UNOPENED/UNDAMAGED can be returned for a FULL Refund with 30 days.
OPENED PACKAGING can be returned for a refund with a 25% restocking fee with its ORIGINAL PACKAGING and WITHOUT DAMAGE. NO ACCESSORIES will be accepted for returns WITHOUT its ORIGINAL PACKAGING.
NEW or REFURBISHED CLARINETS must be returned within one week of when the tracking stated it was delivered.
NO REFUNDS on Sheet Music. Refunds will given if sheet music is INCOMPLETE or DEFECTIVE.
