Pricing

All products are priced based in US currency.  Any foreign transactions fees or other charges are the responsibility of the credit card holder. Please consult your credit card agreement for complete details regarding your specific credit card charges.

Discounts
If a discount is offered, only one discount may be used for any one order. 

Free Shipping
Free Shipping, if offered, may not be used in combination with any other discount.  Free shipping applies to orders with a net balance of $150 or more shipped to a US address.  Free shipping is for USPS Media Mail only and does not apply to any other shipping methods.

Shipping Policy - USA

Orders will be processed and shipped by the United States Postal Service in 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).  All orders are shipped USPS Media Mail unless otherwise indicated in order.  Orders shipped Media Mail may take extended periods to reach the shipping destination.  Tracking numbers are provided when the order ships.  Clarinet World will not replace an order shipped Media Mail for a period of no less than 30 business days from the date of shipment.  If an order does not reach the intended destination in 30 business days, you may request a replacement shipment at no charge.  Orders placed over holidays may require additional processing days.  Large orders and orders requiring special handling may incur additional fees that will be added to your order.  For special orders, please contact us in advance for assistance.

Return Policy

Product may be returned within 30 days of receipt for a refund, minus original shipping charges and a 25% restocking fee. Orders may be cancelled if the cancellation notice is received prior to shipping. Once an order has shipped, the return policy applies. Customer is responsible for return shipping charges. Refunds will be issued back to the original credit card. 

Orders received by customer damaged will be replaced immediately at no additional charge.

Instant Download and +PDF files are not refundable and considered owned when purchased. If you choose to return a printed piece where a +PDF file was also purchased, The standard return policy is applied, however, the $7 +PDF fee is non-refundable. There is no refund for Instant Download or +PDF.
