UNOPENED/UNDAMAGED can be returned for a FULL Refund with 30 days or be issued as STORE CREDIT.
OPENED PACKAGING can be returned for a refund with a 25% restocking fee with its ORIGINAL PACKAGING and WITHOUT DAMAGE or be issued as STORE CREDIT. NO ACCESSORIES will be accepted for returns WITHOUT its ORIGINAL PACKAGING.
NO REFUNDS on SHIPPING.
NEW or REFURBISHED CLARINETS must be returned within one week of when the tracking stated it was delivered.
